急問：23歲男生突然頭疼

在美國讀研究生，平常身體很好，前天晚上去學校健身房健身（舉重等力量練習），突然覺得頭疼，他的描述是像有一根木棍從左邊的太陽穴往右邊太陽穴捅。

無感冒症狀。

昨天早上疼痛不見好轉，去校醫室，量了血壓等無問題，校醫說是偏頭痛，讓吃布洛芬。

吃後沒有明顯效果，我建議他去醫院，但因為有考試，還有助教工作，他說隻能下個星期再說，這可能是什麽問題呢？我覺得有些不對。

先謝了，朋友的孩子在這裏上學，我得關心一下。
