i can see it. Was told they purchased this type of shoe

does he need to wear it all the time, or just when he goes to sleep? Should he stay in bed for the first 2 month, to see if the bone can heal by itself? When they leave the hospital, not sure if my sister get any instruction of how to take care of the patient at home
