In my case, they are willing to perform operation. But they let the patient leave the hospital, not because the patient is stable, and can stay home, because the patient is not psychologically stable at night and they are not willing to take responsibility. It is dangerous to patient. I do not think they should do it.
If they tell us they will try their best to take care of the patient after the surgery and if anything happens out of control, they are not responsible for it, we are willing to accept it, and sign the paper.
It is a surprice to hear it from a doctor. Again, it is in China.
