請問美國的"度他雄胺"是處方藥還是非處方藥?

國內親戚得前列腺炎, 在服用"保列治", 說美國的"度他雄胺"更好, 讓我代買.

我一不知道 "度他雄胺" 在英文中叫什麽,二也不知道是否可以在 counter 上隨便買.
