請問：關於mammogram report 上寫的 : your breast tissue is dense

去年的報告上沒有寫這一條，是不是有什麽不同了？報告上寫著dense breast tissue is common and not abnormal. However, dense tissue can make it harder to evaluate the results of your mammogram and may also be associated with an increased risk of breast cancer. 需要再做MRI 或者ultrasound 嗎？收到今天的報告前，醫生辦公室上周給我打過電話跟我說一切正常。不知道為什麽這麽說？謝謝大家答疑！
