There is mild background parenchymal enhancement.
There is diffuse right breast enhancement sonsistentwith multicentric neoplasm. The most focal area of enhancement is int he right upper outer quadrant and measures 2.5cm. This is likely the index maligancy. Skin enhances very mildly and there is posssible dermal lymphatic invasion. There is bulky right axillary adenopathy.
An enhacing lesion is seen in the right lobe of the liver, inderterminate.
