脾胃改善是無意得到的結果

1,我買了2個月的熱瑜伽票200加元,可以每天去,每天1.5小時;也有別的瑜伽,比如vinyasa flow and yin yoga,我做瑜伽很上癮,很投入,

2.喝beets +蘋果等打成的水,連渣一起喝。看見大家說吃beets, 我就種了一片,種了就得吃呀;正好鄰居給了很多蘋果。做熱瑜伽需要喝大量的水,我就喝大量的beets apple 水。同時,我還喝mint tea +rose flower, 除了tea 都是新鮮的,我自己種的。以下是從網上copy 的,吃beets 的好處太多了!!!
