想給大陸得了癌症的親戚郵寄大麻油（cannabidiol），請問

大麻在中國大陸是否合法？郵寄是否危險？

另外有哪位朋友知道哪裏能買到好的cannabidiol？amazon上品種不少，但都叫hemp oil，不知道質量怎牙怎樣？
