子宮肌瘤

請教一下，朋友52歲，有一拳頭大的肌瘤，最近大出血。國內醫生說要把子宮拿掉，不知道美國醫生會有什麽建議。因為近更年期了，是不是一定要拿掉子宮？謝謝！
