你好，院長是什麽title呀？ 我們C“X”O有好幾個呀：）））  我們有 CEO,   CMO （chief medical officer， 是醫生）， CFO (chief financial officer) , CNO (chief nursing officer)。。。 好多呀，CEO外，其他都是VP （vice president）所有這些CXO 都收入很高。那麽醫院 （private， non profit）隻能是赤字了呀。。。請看下麵的

政府醫院我搞不清，但應該也有president和VP的。不過你們員工福利肯定比我們好的：）
