雌核共振結果出來了，請薛醫生和各位醫生給點建議

我家領導今年left hip 部位疼痛，時好時壞，看了家庭醫生無數次，拍了X光2次，理療無數次，最近終於轉到專科醫生那裏做了MIR，結果如下:

suggestive of small nondisplaced tear. No evidence of femoral head avascular necrosis or femoral neck stress fracture. The left hip articular cartilage is maintained.

Impression: small, nondisplaced undersurface tear of the superolateral acetabular tear.

剛剛打了可的鬆，一個月以後不好轉就開刀。

不知道開刀勝算有多少。這種狀況怎樣治療，保健 以及注意事項？
