I menstruate once every 24 days (could be off by a couple days). This has been going on for 3 years now, I think. This is probably because I am close to menapause (I am early to mid-40). So I menstruate at least 13 times a year. The period itself is pretty normal. Heavy on the 2nd day. Lasts about 5 to 6 days.
My doctor does not think it is any problem. And information I googled all says a 24-day cycle is OK.
But is there something I can do or food I can eat to make it less frequent? I think to reduce stress is one way. But that I can only do so much.
I do not take medication. 5'4. 120 lbs.
