Recommended protein level of adult 19+ is 10%-35%, by U.S. Department of Agriculture and U.S. Department of Health and Human Services

If you are reading this report, and eating 30% of protein, you'd think you are well within the healthy range.

If you've read <The China Study> by Dr. Campbell, who was on the expert committee that came up with dietary guidlines for Americans, you'd see how political it is.

Basically, these experts were told that if your recommended range is less than 30%, this report will never see the light of the day.  Meanwhile, experts know that scientific evidentces indicate a healthy level that's much lower than that.
