醫生charge了一個沒有做的service,怎麽辦  我女兒打排球手指骨折，去了ER。ER的醫生看了片子，說她覺得要做手術，就把手 指掰直，簡單做了一下處理，綁了一個小棒子，建議我們第二天去看一個 hand specialist, 並且給了電話。第二天，我們看了那個specialist,他說了我女兒的finger情況，然 後建議手術，並且讓我去hand therapist那裏去重新做一個split。在整個過程中， 一直就是說話，根本沒有touch我女兒的finger. 結果等insurance的帳單來了之後， 發現他不僅charge了office visitor, 還charge了treat fracture finger。他根本 就沒有做任何事。我們是那天下午去therapist那裏換了一個正規的split. 這種情 況怎麽辦。我打電話去他的billing department,他們要我跟office talk說他們收 到的code就是這樣. 打電話到office就說要問醫生，給我回電,但是現在也沒信。態 度惡劣。Insurance已經procees了,因為是high deductible,所以付款了.我跟保險 公司打電話了,因為保險是high dedutible所以是公司給employee的一些healthy fund出 的,不知道他們怎麽處理。還有，如果他們不承認怎麽辦
