看過專科醫生了。因為沒有經期不正常， 也沒有不正常出血，沒有經期血量太大。基本沒什麽症狀，是做其它檢查的時候發現的。建議可以刮宮活檢，也可以等等再觀察。並且說刮宮以後，不能保證不再長息肉。沒有藥物可以治療。讓考慮一下，通知她到底想怎麽做。
想問一下，息肉必須去除嗎？越早越好嗎？ 桂枝茯苓丸會有幫助嗎？或者任何其它中藥？

The uterus is retroverted in position and it measures 7.5x6x6.2 cm . No focal myometrial masses are seen. Endometrium measures 9 mm in thickness. There is a suspected endormetrial canal polyp is seen measuring approx. 1.2x0.7x1.2 cm in maximum dimensions. It shows vascular pedicle inside. Within the left ovary, there is a corpus luteum cyst seen measuring approx. 2.2 cm in size. The right ovary appears grossly unremarkable. No adnexal masses or pelvic fluid collection is seen。
