A few years ago I have high cholesterol, my family doctor told me eat less eggs (maximum1 egg per day), she want me to control my diet before use any drugs.
My othe doctor from a nutritional and proventive madicine clinic told me I can eat up to 3 eggs per day, but very importent is how I eat it: hard boiled or poached in water, no omellete. and also I should stop eating any shelled seafood such as shrimps and crabs. To his instruction I eat 2 eggs per day, no omellete, no shrimps and crabs, a year later my cholesterol is normal, even better the HDL increased. Now 6 years past, my cholesterol stays normal. never use any prescription drugs.
