metformin 的副作用

看起來像metformin導致的副作用。聽說一旦用上insulin,終生不能停用

糖對於人體，就象汽油對於車。相對於高血糖，其實低血糖更危險。正如網友 jk66 所說：“來看看低血糖症狀嚴重了啥樣。。。臨床上表現為一係列交感神經興奮（出汗、心慌、麵色蒼白、四肢顫抖、饑餓感、軟弱無力等）和中樞神經係統功能紊亂（意識模糊、頭痛、頭暈、言語障礙、幻覺、精神病樣發作、癡呆、甚至昏迷等）的症候群。”

我先生服用過幾年Metformin，他經常手抖，一吃糖馬上好了。吃 Metformin 幾年了也沒有改善他的血檢指標。吃 Metformin導致的問題到是一大堆。

後來我做了點中醫研究（我是中醫愛好者），才明白西醫的降糖理論和應用都是 bull shit。

Metformin side effects

Get emergency medical help if you have any of these signs of an allergic reaction to metformin: hives; difficult breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat. This medication may cause lactic acidosis (a build-up of lactic acid in the body, which can be fatal). Lactic acidosis can start slowly and get worse over time. Get emergency medical help if you have even mild symptoms of lactic acidosis, such as:

muscle pain or weakness;

numb or cold feeling in your arms and legs;

trouble breathing;

feeling dizzy, light-headed, tired, or very weak;

stomach pain, nausea with vomiting; or

slow or uneven heart rate.

Call your doctor at once if you have any other serious side effect such as:

feeling short of breath, even with mild exertion;

swelling or rapid weight gain; or

fever, chills, body aches, flu symptoms.

Less serious metformin side effects may include:

headache or muscle pain;

weakness; or

mild nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, gas, stomach pain.
