請教：最近幾個月偶而間歇性出現很少白帶但顯褐色

1. 先做了 endometrial biopsy, 結論是樣品太少 quantity insufficient for diagnosis
2. 又做了超聲波，結論：the endometrium shows a focal area of heterogeneity measuring 4mm in thickness with prominent vascular flow in the mid uterus, of indeterminate significant.  這嚴重嗎？
3. 現在醫生要求做D&C procedure. 該做嗎？有什麽要注意的. 

停經幾年了.
