You should have one for both. If you feel your chest tight, I guess you might have heart or vascular problem, and usually will show on the numbers. The blood pressure and the heart rates must be like this: under 120 for the systolic, and under 80 for the diastolic for the blood pressure; and between 60 and 80 for the heart rates anytime. The vascular issues usually refer to the high cholesterol, high triglyceride.
