If you are a female, the calcium & V.D. & fish. That 's yet.

For men, maybe just the fish 's. The study has been proved that the Vitamins do not work. The garlic or onion 's, you better to eat the original garlic and onions. Then you just eat all kinds of fruits, foods and nuts. Little oil, salt, no artificial sugar. No red meats. More fish and black or cage free chicken. Then be exercised and sweated daily. And have a good life style. You will be very healthy.
