請問 阿姨快80歲了，這幾年因為嚴重骨質疏鬆每年打蓋密西三周，今年打過蓋密西也不行了，很多時候得臥床，最近醫生給開了骨化三醇口服

我有幾個問題
1.有沒有比骨化三醇更好的口服藥？
2.有沒有比蓋密西更有效的注射劑？
3.對於這種嚴重的骨質增生，有沒有比較有效的保健品/補品？
