用白酒(隨便哪種,隻要度數高就好,但不要果酒,要糧食酒),紅葡萄醋,效果比紅葡萄酒好很多,也比用黃酒+醬油燒出來好。
用紅葡萄酒燒,我以前嚐試過,不如現在的做法
