油漱口的加強版和怎樣排除身體內的重金屬

下麵這些信息都是來自 Oil Pulling Therapy（by Dr Bruce Fife) 這本書。欲詳細了解，建議去讀書。

這個加強版是給有比較嚴重的 gum disease, tooth decay 的人設計的保養，用的是Medicated Coconut Oil。最好一天能用到兩次。

Medicated Coconut Oil 各成份的比例如下：

1 teaspoon coconut oil

1-2 drops oregano or clove oil

1 30-50 mg CoQ10 gel capsule （先在嘴裏用牙齒咬破它再混合椰子油和精油）

書中建議大家在油漱口之前最好喝點水，不要在口幹舌燥的情況下進行油漱口，因為要保證唾液的分泌量。油漱口後感到口渴也最好多喝水去緩解。

對於排除由鑲牙引起的汞銀等重金屬對身體的影響，書中建議吃新鮮的 cilantro 或 cilantro powder。（作者強調最好徹底從口腔裏去除這樣的填充物）。

書中是這樣描述：

The claim that cilantro is a powerful chelation agent is based on the reasearch of Dr Yoshiaki Omura, President and Founder of the International College of Acupuncture and Electro - Therapeutics, and the Director of Medical Research of the Heart Disease Research Foundation, USA.

In1995 Dr Omura found that patients who had eaten Vietnamese soup, which happened to contain cilantro, had an increased elimination of mercury in their urine. Further testing revealed that eating cilantro also increased urinary excretion of lead and aluminum. His reasearch was recognized by other professionals and his findings published in peer-reviewd scientific journals.

Approximately 1 table spoon of cilantro, which is typical in food preparation, consumed daily over a three - week period was good enough to clear most of the heavy metal deposits from the body and allow the medications to do their job. Cliantro's cleaning effect wasn't limited to the digestive tract, but cleared heavy metals throughout the body, including the lungs, kidneys, endocrine organs, liver, and heart.

Dr Omura demonstrated that if patients eat cilantro daily for two to three weeks after amalgam removal, mercury is effectively eliminated. When exposed to large amounts of mercury, such as when amalgam fillings are removed, Dr Omura recommends large quantities of cilantro taken several times a day. In his studies on amalgams, Dr Omura used powdered cilantro in 100mg capsules taken four times daily.
