But, I mean except the original foods or fruits which already come with salt( such as apple, celery), for elders and the people who has hypertension or diabetes; or young but overweighted, should not cooking with any salt the all. And should not have any caned or refrigerated food. Just buy the original food to cook by yourself. The alternative favor is vinegar. The vinegar can be used for everything, not just salad.
