FINDINGS: The right lobe measures 50x17x15mm. In its mid region there is a 6 to 10 mm heterogeneous mildly hypoechoic and mildly vascular solid nodule.
The left lobe measures 43x15x17mm.In the anterior superior aspect there is a mildly heterogeneous and moderately vascular solid nodule is noted. laterally and inferiorly a 4 mm solid nodule is present.
The isthmus is 3 mm AP. Along its right margin there is a 2 to 6 mm heterogeneous solid nodule.
IMPRESSION: Several scattered thyroid nodules, mild multinodular goiter presumed. In the superior aspect of the left lobe there is a 6x16 mm solid nodule. Follow up recommended to exclude growth or change, or FNA to be considered as it is slightly prominent in size.
