到現在上廁所都有心理障礙,先鋪紙,防止濺水,可是紙鋪少了心裏沒底,紙鋪多了堵廁所,還得看著便便等水箱充滿衝第二次。。。。。。。
三哥三姐在這方麵,就很先進,利索下蹲,便後水洗,舒爽一整天。別小看每天蹲的這分鍾,對大腿肌力,後腰髖關節等好處多多。
