對於這種源頭不明的感染，一般的家庭醫生和infectious disease specialist 相比，知識和經驗完全不是一個數量級的。

也有一種可能，就是你免疫係統的問題，各種細菌/真菌/病毒此起彼伏地機會性感染。那就要另外想辦法治療/調養了。不管是啥問題，你現在需要找對醫生。
