請大家幫我看看我的情況。 我年剛過50，近期胸背痛和腹痛。醫生建議3 月後再檢查胸片。 我的檢查報告如下：

Chest x-ray:
Findings: the lung are adequately expanded and the pulmonary vasculture is normal. There is a new 5mm nodule projecting in the right suprahilar lung see only on frontal prjection. There is no evidence of pleural fluid or pneumothorax. the cardiac silhouette and mediastinal structures are normal. There are no significant abnormalities of the chest wall.
 
我有甲狀腺問題3年。近期檢查報告是：
Ultraound:
Multinodular thyroid with dominant located within the superior pole of the right thyroid measuring up to 1.3cm. no significant interval change.

我1年前發現有 1) Cecal polyp, polypectomy: --sessile serrared adenoma.2) Proximal transverse colon polyp, polypectomy: - benign colon mucosa including a small lymphoid aggregate. --no adenomatous epithelium identified.

我到底生什麽了？我還需要什麽進一步檢查？謝謝大家。
