Whether the doctor will order the test will depend on the patient's risk factors mentioned by Lao Lang: age, family history, obesity, gender, etc. The doctor's own belief or bias may play a part too. So if your total score looks like low risk, the test may not be deemed to be necessary and therefore not ordered.
