前段時間胃痛,我的醫生就給我order了complete Abdominal Ultrasound。結果如下:
Comments from the Doctor's Office
XX, ultrasound showed 12 mm liver lesion, likely a benign hemangioma (blood vessels). We can repeat ultrasound in 3 to 6 months to make sure if it is stable. Please let me know if you still have stomach pain.
Addendum:
Narrative:
History: abdominal pain, rule out cholelithiasis.
Comparison: No prior. | |
Findings: Ultrasonographic evaluation of the abdomen reveals a 12 x 12 x 11 mm
echogenic lesion in the right lobe of the liver adjacent to the gallbladder. The
liver is otherwise unremarkable. Normal hepatopedal flow is seen in the main
portal vein. The gallbladder is normal in appearance without stones, wall
thickening, or pericholecystic fluid. No intrahepatic biliary ductal dilatation
is seen. The common bile duct measures up to 9.8 mm distally. The right kidney
is normal in appearance measuring 10.0 cm. The left kidney is normal in
appearance measuring 10.0 cm. The spleen is not enlarged at 11.5 cm. The
pancreas is normal in appearance. The visualized portions of the abdominal aorta
and inferior vena cava are unremarkable.
Impression:
Impression: No evidence for cholelithiasis. 12 x 12 x 11 mm echogenic lesion in
the right lobe of the liver. This is nonspecific but likely represents a
hemangioma in this patient. In a patient without risk factors for
hepatic malignancy this can be followed with ultrasound in 3-6 months to assure
stability. In a patient at risk for hepatic malignancy further evaluation with
multiphasic MRI or CT of the abdomen is suggested. Dilatation of the distal
common bile duct measuring up to 9.8 mm. No intrahepatic ductal dilatation seen.
No pancreatic head lesion demonstrated. The findings are nonspecific and may be
congenital in this patient. These findings can be followed with ultrasound to
evaluate for stability in 3-6 months.
