Book review of <<Old School Boxing Fitness>>

In order to get a total fitness, there are 3 areas that needs to be training. Agility, strength, cardio conditioning and flexibility.

Agility can be gained by doing rope jumping and boxing workout.

Strength can be gained by muscle training.

Cardio improvement and flexiblity can be benefited by running, stationary biking, jumpping rope at moderated pace, swimming, hitting the bag and stretching.
