胃痛吃什麽藥？

最近壓力比較大，又開始在晚餐節食，不知道究竟是哪一個引起的，或者兩個都有，最近經常胃痛，餓的時候痛，吃了東西又要好些，有時候一整天都隱隱作痛，約了看醫生，可最近一個appointment要等到22號。

請推薦一個over counter 的止胃痛的藥暫時減輕痛苦。
