update #2: treatment is in progress

this is a follow-up report on bbs.wenxuecity.com/health/456124.html.  for all of you who answered/commented/suggested treatment, my wife and i thank you so much...

it's been a long day today...  after treated in urgent care, dw was transferred to a major hospital emergency room.
the following lab tests have been done:
- blood
- urine
- xray for lung
- ultrasound for entire left leg

the consensus from er drs:
- not sepsis
- not lyme decease
- very unlikely a hsp
- not sure what it is as it does not fit in textbook's patterns, so treating it as vasculitis and cellulitis combined

medicine has been/is being used:
- tetanus shot
- iv with vancomycin
- for fever (still 101f), ibuprofen as needed

dw stays in a regular room now, and her condition is under monitoring.
