不要硬扛，谘詢大夫

上次我貼過偏文章，過敏專科大夫寫的。如果手不撓抓，eczema就不會形成，一撓抓皮膚出現問題，那個才叫eczema.

腦抓是因為癢，不癢就不會使勁抓。控製癢很重要。所以能否服藥包括擔心的副作用多大估計得仔細谘詢。

但我猜測硬扛未必對，通過服藥什麽一旦癢控製住，邏輯上講一下讓你也輕鬆了很多
