提高免疫力的保健藥品有哪些？

我爸爸前一陣得了帶狀皰疹，後又複發一次。聽說得此病是免疫力弱，老人已70多歲了。我想買點能提高免疫力的保健品帶回去，大家有啥建議嗎？ 一般美國這裏有啥OTC的藥能提高免疫力呢？ 謝謝！！
