暈厥可分為四類：

2，心髒的(cardiac)，
3，體位性*orthostatic)，以及
4，腦血管(cerebrovascular)。

第一種反射介導引起的又細分:

你表姐的情況很可能是Carotid sinus syncope(syncope after head turning, shaving, or wearing a tight collar).假如醫生已經排除了心髒性的,體位性和腦血管方麵的原因了,應該是知道如何治療它的(很簡單的Carotid Sinus Massage).
