REASON FOR EXAM: Pain, paresthesia
IMPRESSION:
1. No acute fracture dislocation of the left fourth toe.
2. Borderline widening of the left acromioclavicular joint without
displacement.
3. Mild degenerative disc disease at the C4-C5 and C5-C6 levels.
REPORT:
Comparison: Chest radiographs dated May 7, 2012.
Findings:
Left fourth toe radiographs: No acute fracture or dislocation. Bony
mineralization is within normal limits. No erosive changes demonstrated.
Soft tissues are unremarkable.
Left shoulder: Borderline widening of the acromioclavicular joint which
measures approximately 6 mm with congruency of the AC joints superior and
inferior alignment. No acute fracture visualized. No suspicious osseous
lesions. Visualized portion of the left and right lung are unremarkable.
Cervical spine: Mild loss of intervertebral disc height at the C4-C5 and
C5-C6 levels with mild spurring of uncovertebral joints. Preservation
vertebral body height. Mild straightening of the cervical spine without
vertebral body subluxation. Prevertebral soft tissues are unremarkable.
No suspicious osseous lesions.
