請教一個上鄂巨癢的問題，熱心人請進

我知道過敏引起上鄂癢，流鼻涕，打噴嚏。吃了過敏藥，流鼻涕，打噴嚏都沒有了，可上鄂還癢，耳朵也癢。
有時候也沒有流鼻涕打噴嚏，可上鄂還癢，用手指用力按上鄂，鼻涕，眼淚又都出來了。

我的問題是過敏為什麽會引起上鄂發癢？是因為上鄂充血嗎？通過什麽方式能查出來充血的程度？一旦充血了就很難消失對嗎？
能通過手術方式把充血組織拿掉嗎？謝謝
