Thanks in advance for your feedback.
I am 42. Menstruation started when I was 13? I have one child, 14, natural birth, breastfeeding for more than a year. I have never really had painful episodes of menstruation. Yes, I would feel bloated and some discomfort, but I never really had much pain.
For a few years now, my menstruation would always start a few days earlier than the previous month. For example, 1/15, and then 2/9, 3/05…so I would have 13 menstruation in one year instead of 12. It is 5 days each time. I think the amount of blood is normal. A few years back, I would have 6 days every time. A few years back I would have 12 every year.
Should I be concerned with a little-too-frequent menstruation? Is this a sign of menopause?
Diet pretty healthy, pretty much eats everything.
Tries to exercise. More active in the warmer months. So at least half an hour of walking and yoga everyday year round. Usually more than that.
Stress level OK.
Not taking any medication or herbs. 10 years ago had hyper-thyroid. Normal after medication. Stopped medication on advice of the doctor. Went back to hyer again since there were quite a few stressful events in life. Then tried to control stress and worry less. So without using any medication I went back to normal. But I have not had this tested for more than a year now. I will get tested soon.
Otherwise good health. Rarely even a cold in years. But gets tired very easily in the last few years. Some days I will sleep for 10 hours if I don't use the alarm.
Any advice is appreciated. Thanks in advance for your feedback. If I don’t answer any of your posts in time, I will qqh later if you don't mind.
