冠心病的問題，向醫生們請教，謝謝！！！

 病人52，女。冠心病，心率過緩。

平時心跳：50多次，最多不超過60次。
犯病時心跳：46次左右。

一直在吃降脂藥。

醫生說，這樣下去可能要裝心髒起博器。

請問壇裏各位好心的醫生，這種情況怎麽辦？
