medial compartment : there is increased signal within proximal medial collateral ligament. additionally, increased signal is present the superficial and deep to the ligament. The medial meniscus an osteochondral surfaces are intact.
lateral compartment: discoid lateral meniscus. the meniscus, osteochondral surfaces, and components of the lateral collateral ligamentous complex are intact.
intrcondylar notch: the anterior cruciate ligament and posterior cruciate ligament are intact and normal in signal intensity.
patellofemoral : the extensor mechanism is intact. no lateral patellar tilt or subluxation. the osteochondral surfaces are unremarkable. no joint effusion.
