Sorry for what happened. Hope this would and could help. 

In Chicago, there are three big hospitals, northwestern memorial hospital, university of chicago medical center and rush hospital worth to give it a shot. 

Go on their websites and look for breast cancer section. You'll find the general info there and contact phone numbers. Give each a ring to get referrals. 

I'm not sure about which stage your wife's breast cancer is, nor if she needs a surgery. If she does, there is a good surgeon Dr. Kevin Bethke worth to take a look at. Here is his website www.drbethke.com.
