腦血管血液動力學(cerebralvascularhemodynamic,CVHD)檢測是一種主要用於腦血管疾病診斷的無創傷性檢測方法。其主要檢測指標包括腦血管最大流速(Vmax)、最小流速(Vmin)、平均流速(Vmean)、平均血流量(Qmean)等運動學指標和外周阻力(RV)、特性阻抗(Zcv)、脈搏波波速(WV)、動態阻力(RV)、臨界壓(CP)、舒張壓與臨界壓差值(DP)等動力學指標。CVHD檢測指標能夠從不同角度反映腦血管的功能的生理和病理狀態,在腦血管疾病的病因研究、早期診斷、卒中高危人群篩檢、預防和治療效果觀察以及預後研究中具有重要的應用價值。隨著流體力學的研究進展和CVHD檢測臨床應用研究的深入,CVHD在腦血管病防治中發揮更為重要的作用。 Cerebral vascular hemodynamic(CVHD) analysis is a non invasive measure mainly for diagnosis of cerebral vascular disease.
