打聽近視手術LASIK/PRK

我的眼鏡度數如下：
         SPH CyL AXIS
右眼 -3.00 -0.50 180
左眼 -3.25 -0.75 015
左眼的散光有點厲害，兩隻眼的視力差別明顯，平時看電腦不戴眼鏡，眼睛和大腦容易累。這是我考慮手術的原因。

我在考慮是否要做lasik或者PRK手術糾正近視。做近視手術的話，年齡33是不是有點大？

還有一個多月，我就將從Baltimore, MD搬到Ithaca,NY。Baltimore有Johns Hopkins Hopital下的 Wilmer Eye Institute. 想問下這裏的專家們是否了解那裏的水平，以及是否建議在搬走前去那裏把手術做了？ Baltimore及Ithaca附近還有其他更好的醫院和醫生推薦嗎？

沒保險的情況下，建議做手術嗎？ 我現在沒有保險，一直到去Ithaca前都沒有，去了之後的學生保險隻cover 5%~15%的費用。

什麽範圍內的收費比較合理？
