FINDINGS:
LOWER CHEST: 4 mm right middle lobe nodule (series 5, image
15). 3 mm intrafissural nodule visualized (series 7,
image5.) likely representing a small intrapleural lymph
node. Heart is normal in size.
LIVER: Hypoattenuating 5 mm hepatic segment 4B a nodule,
hypoattenuating 6.6 mm hepatic segment 6 nodule. These
lesions are too small to characterize by CT. The hepatic and
portal veins are normally patent.
Hypoattenuating 5 mm lesion in the superior portion of the
spleen, this would be an unusual place for breast cancer
metastasis and likely represents a small cyst or hemangioma.
BONES: Sclerotic osseous lesion seen in the
posterior-superior endplate of T11. There is also a small
hyperattenuating focus in the left lamina of T11. These
findings are suspicious for bony metastasis.
Small sclerotic focus in the superior posterior left ilium,
this is likely benign but metastasis cannot be ruled out for
certain.
L1 hypoattenuating lesion consistent with a hemangioma.
