請問我該看哪科醫生

女， 45歲， 最近脖子上摸著有腫塊，有痛感。 以前也有過，看過家庭醫生，說是可能感冒引起。可是現在沒感冒，也痛。不想再去看家庭醫生， 想去看專科醫生。
