如果是Neurapraxia,就比較輕,6-8周自行恢複(nerve is intact, just temporary damage to the myelin sheath)

看你現在手痛的情況,估計針頭不會刺得太深而造成Neurotmesis (both the nerve and the nerve sheath are disrupted).

繼續觀察,或不放心的話看一下醫生,做個Electromyogram (EMG) and Nerve Conduction Studies(即Nerve conduction velocity (NCV)) 看看有多嚴重.
