做了子宮的B超，請幫忙看看

Orientation : Anteverted
Size: 8.31x4.6x3.9cm
Echogenicity: Normal
Mass: Large exophytic mass arises from the lower uterine segment measuring 3.81x3.36x3.05 cm in size believed to represent a   leiomyoma. This extends to the left side.
Cervix: Normal
Endomtrium-Normal. The endometrium measures 0.21 cm in greatest thickness.
Right Ovary: normal without masses.
Left Ovary: normal without masses. The ovary is impacted by the adjacent leiomyoma
