about WBC, Hemoglobin and HCT

My annual lab comes back. It is the first time I have WBC low (3.4 ) while Hemoglobin and HCT are both higher than
the reference range. Is this a concern? I did have my vaccine shot 6 days before the blood was drew. Could this be related? Thanks!
