請教，用英文怎麽說：溏便，肚子脹（不是胃），有便意但其實沒有，感覺便不淨，排氣。我姨

明天看專科醫生，我跟他去，但有些詞我也說不好。特別是醫學上怎麽說放屁。我姨的問題是，有時溏便，感覺便不淨，肚子脹，總有便意，一到下午就開始排氣，持續整個晚上。多謝各位幫助！
